AlphaEngine Global Investment Solutions was incorporated in January 2007 after about 5 years of extensive research on developing and refining the investment approach used while the principals worked on these areas at Mcube Investment Technologies, the parent company of AlphaEngine Global Investment Solutions.

Team

Arun Muralidhar, PhD Chief Investment Officer
Arun is also the Chairman of M^cube Investment Technologies.
Previously, he spent over two years at J.P. Morgan Fleming Asset Management, as Managing Director, Head of Currency Research, in-charge of North American marketing of the product. Prior to that, he was Head of Research and member of the Investment Management Committee at The World Bank where he spent seven years. His responsibilities covered the pension fund and liquidity portfolio and he has experience in manager selection, portfolio management, asset-liability management and risk management. As part of his responsibilities at the World Bank, he visited a number of institutional investors globally to market World Bank products and to educate them on state-of-the-art finance practices. He also serves as Managing Director at FX Concepts Inc., a New York based firm that manages currency strategies for pension funds, endowments and fund of funds.
He holds a PhD in Managerial Economics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology Sloan School of Management and is the author of a book, Innovations in Pension Fund Management - Stanford University Press, 2001. He has also co-authored a book with Prof. Franco Modigliani titled "Rethinking Pension Reform" - Cambridge University Press, 2003. He has also written a number of articles on investment finance and is a frequent speaker at industry conferences globally.

Sanjay Muralidhar, Chief Executive Officer, Chief Compliance Officer
Sanjay is also the Chief Executive Officer and co-founder of M^cube Investment Technologies, the parent company of AlphaEngine Global Investment Solutions. Sanjay was instrumental in the design, development and marketing of the AlphaEngine® investment management technology to clients ranging from large and small US corporate and public pension plans, a Canadian asset manager (with oversight over a Canadian pension plan) and a major Middle Eastern governmental entity. He is responsible for the West Coast and Canadian client relationships. He is also the author of papers on a new paradigm for rebalancing funds and the effective management of Fund-of-funds portfolios. Previously, he was the Vice President, Finance at iVillage Inc. and, as an officer of the company, helped take it public in March 1999. Prior to that, he spent over six years in various senior corporate and operating finance roles at Reader's Digest Association, most recently as Vice President, Finance for Reader's Digest U.S.A., and over five years at Bristol-Myers Squibb, where he held corporate finance, treasury and financial planning roles. Sanjay holds an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Khosrow Mehrzad, Managing Director, Portfolio Management.
Khosrow manages all the various portfolios and programs at AlphaEngine Global Investment Solutions and is responsible for new product development. He has a broad background in trading and asset management including about two years at Deutsche Bank as proprietary equity trader, five years at JP Morgan Investment Management Multi-Markets Group as a portfolio manager responsible for relative value trades where he traded opportunities in currency, fixed income, and equity markets. Khosrow started his finance career as a fixed income proprietary trader at HSBC. He holds an MBA in Financial Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology Sloan School of Management, has a Masters Degree in Applied Mechanics from McGill University and worked as an aerospace engineer for six years at Bombardier Inc.
